1. Services

Burbank Tree Service provides tree removal, tree trimming, palm tree care, stump grinding, pruning, storm cleanup, and emergency tree services throughout Burbank, California and nearby Los Angeles County areas.
All work is handled by trained professionals using proper safety gear and equipment.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
  • Prices are based on job size, difficulty, and access. Additional charges may apply if hidden issues arise (like rot, roots, or unseen hazards).
  • We’ll always let you know before doing any extra work that changes the price.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due once the job is completed, unless other terms are agreed upon in writing.
  • Accepted payments: cash, checks, or major credit cards.
  • Invoices not paid within 15 days may be charged a 5% late fee per month.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Same-day cancellations or access issues when our crew arrives may result in a small trip or setup fee.
  • If we arrive and cannot perform the work due to unsafe conditions or blocked access, the same fee applies.

5. Property Access and Safety

  • You must provide clear access to the work area and remove vehicles, outdoor furniture, or obstacles.
  • Keep pets and people away from the work zone until the crew finishes.
  • We’re not responsible for damage to hidden or undisclosed structures such as underground pipes, cables, or irrigation lines.

6. Liability

  • We take every precaution to avoid property damage.
  • We are insured and licensed, and proof is available upon request.
  • However, we’re not liable for normal wear to driveways, lawns, or surfaces caused by essential heavy equipment unless there is clear negligence.

7. Weather Delays

Tree work depends on safe weather. If high winds, rain, or unsafe conditions occur, we’ll contact you to reschedule at the soonest safe date.

8. Website Use

By using our website:

  • You agree not to copy, reuse, or republish any photos, text, or graphics without written permission.
  • You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to hack or spam it.
